Why GRITCo.?
GRITCo. was born out of frustration with a world that celebrates comfort over character. Too many leaders, athletes, and business owners burn out chasing quick wins or empty hype. We wanted a place where discipline, resilience, and accountability weren't just talked about — they were trained, tested, and lived.
Each of us has been knocked down, rebuilt, and pushed past our limits. From military service to blue-collar work, from courtrooms to playing fields, we've lived the grind and know what it takes to stand back up. GRITCo. exists to pass on those lessons — not as motivation, but as systems and standards that build leaders who last.
